Wire Feeder
It is a device for delivering welding wire from wire rolls. to the area where the arc occurred and maintain speed To feed the welding wire uniformly according to the adjustment Parameters of the work used.
There are 2 types of rollers for laser welding machines as follows:
1. V Groove – suitable for steel wire and stainless steel wire, will make the wire feed continuously and evenly.
2. U Groove – suitable for aluminum wire. This will maintain the roundness of the aluminum, resulting in continuous wire feed and no deformation of the wire.
So that the wire retains its roundness. Do not let the wire deform due to aluminum wire
It is soft and therefore easily deformed. This may cause wire feeding to become stuck.
1. If using 0.8 mm wire, you should use a Roller that is the same size as the wire size.
2. If using a roller larger than the size of the wire, the wire will not be able to be fed out.
Because the Roller will not be able to adhere to the wire.
