Characteristics:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is a ferrite stainless steel with good ductility in heat-treated condition. It is used for welding 17%Cr steel, overlays and thermal spraying<\/p>\n

Applications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is suitable for welding of 409 and 430 stainless steel types. Typical applications are used for automotive exhaust fabricators such as front pipe, bellows, flange.<\/p>\n

Notes on Usage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Use Spray Transfer or Short Circuit Transfer mode.<\/li>\n
  2. 98%Argon \u2013 2%O2 shielding gas is recommended.<\/li>\n
  3. Preheat of the joint to minimum of 150\u00baC before welding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
