Characteristics:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

LFC-711 is a flux-cored wire design to be use with CO2 gas. It can be used on all-position
\nwelding with both single and multiple pass welds on mild steels and 490N\/mm2 high tensile steel. With good impact toughness, less fume, stable arc, easy slag removal and excellent X-Ray inspection.<\/p>\n

Applications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is widely used for shipbuilding, storage vessels, structural fabrication, machinery and piping etc.<\/p>\n

Notes on Usage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Use DC(+) polarity.<\/li>\n
  2. Use CO2 as shielding gas.<\/li>\n
  3. In order to get enough penetration in the downhand weld position, maintain a little bit higher
    \nwelding speed by stringer manipulation for the first pass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
