LKE-7018 is a low hydrogen type electrode for the welding of 490N\/mm\u00b2 grade high tensile steel. The welding can be done with high deposition rate, good X-ray soundness and mechanical properties.<\/p>\n

1. Dry the electrodes at 300-350\u00b0C for 60 minutes and keep at 100-150\u00b0C before use.

\n3. Take the back-step method to prevent blow holes at the arc starting.<\/p>\n
