LKE-9018-B91 is designed to weld equivalent \u2018type T91\u2019 CrMo steels modified with small additions of niobium and vanadium to give improved long term creep properties. These consumables are specifically intended for high integrity structural service at elevated temperature so the minor alloy additions responsible for its creep strength are kept above the minimum considered necessary to ensure satisfactory performance.<\/p>\n

It is suitable for welding of the steel such as ASTM A213-T91, A335 P91, A387 Gr.91,A182 F91.<\/p>\n

\u25b6\ufe0e\u00a0Notes on Usage:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

1. Dry the electrodes at 350-400\u00b0C for 60 minutes before use.
\n2. Do not exceed the range of recommended because over heat input might decrease the impact value.
\n3. Keep the arc as short as possible.
\n4. Take the back-step method at the arc starting to prevent blowholes.
\n5. Preheat the workpiece at 250-350\u00b0C and proceed PWHT.<\/p>\n
