LKE-2594 is a designed to weld super duplex stainless steels. With excellent pitting corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance and crack resistance. Properties of the weld metal match those of the parent metal, offering high tensile strength and toughness as well as an excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and localized corrosion in chloride containing environments.<\/p>\n

It is suitable for welding of chemical equipment, heat exchanger and pipes. The operating temperature range is \u201350\u00baC to 220\u00baC.<\/p>\n

1. Dry the electrodes at 200-250\u00b0C for 60 minutes and keep at 100-150\u00b0C before use.
