It is modified 316L austenitic stainless steel to higher silicon content to improve welding properties such as higher welding speed. With excellent creep strength and resistance to pitting corrosion.<\/p>\n

Typical applications include welding of 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo stainless steel in chemical, oil and gas refineries.<\/p>\n

1. For TIG process, use DC(-) current, Argon Shield and Tungsten Electrode.
\n2. For MIG process, use Spray Transfer or Short Circuit Transfer mode.
\n3. 98%Argon \u2013 2%O2 shielding gas is recommended in MIG process.<\/p>\n
