It is modified 309L austenitic stainless steel to higher silicon content to improve welding properties such as higher welding speed.<\/p>\n

It is used for oil and gas refineries, include welding of 22%Cr-12%Ni stainless steel, AISI 304L,316L in chemical and welding of dissimilar base metals of stainless and carbon steels.<\/p>\n

1. For TIG process, use DC(-) current, Argon Shield and Tungsten Electrode.

\n3. 98%Argon \u2013 2%O2 shielding gas is recommended in MIG process.<\/p>\n
