▶︎ Characteristics:
LFC-911Ni2 is a titania type flux-cored wire.Use 100% CO₂ shield gas. With good weldability, stable arc, less spatter, good bead appearance and good impact toughness down to -40°C.
▶︎ Applications:
It is suitable for welding 2-3%Ni steel and 620N/mm² grade high tensile steel on structural fabrication, bridges, storage thanks, shipbuilding and piping.
▶︎ Notes on Usage:
1. Use a positive (DC) electrode.
2. Use 100% CO₂ shielding gas.
3. Proper heating will help achieve the desired impact force.
