Mr. Michael Schaub

Michael Schaub is a highly experienced professional in robotic arc welding, with over 25 years of expertise in application engineering, technical training, and sales across leading welding automation companies. Since 2012, he has been a key member of SKS Welding Systems GmbH, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced welding solutions, customer-specific training programs, and technical support.

His career spans respected industry names such as EWM AG, Fronius Deutschland, and Reis Robotics, where he contributed significantly to robotics integration, key account management, and process automation projects. Michael’s hands-on approach and deep process understanding enable him to bridge the gap between technology and practical application.

He holds a state-certified degree in Energy Technology and Process Automation from the Fachschule für Technik Gotha. Michael brings a unique blend of technical depth and customer-centric insight, making him a trusted advisor in the evolving world of intelligent welding automation.

Mr. John S. Koshy is a highly accomplished welding consultant with over 35 years of experience in the welding and fabrication industry. He is globally recognized for his deep technical expertise, particularly in welding automation, QA/QC systems, and the development of welding procedures in accordance with international standards such as ASME and API.

Throughout his career, Mr. Koshy has held senior leadership and advisory roles in prominent organizations across the Middle East, North America, and Asia. He has played a key role in welding solutions for sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, and infrastructure.
